Shipping & returns
Everything you need to know about delivery, returns, and exchanges.
- We currently ship nationwide across Indonesia.
- Orders are delivered via JNE and J&T, with shipping fees calculated automatically at checkout.
- Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days for Jakarta and surrounding areas, and 2–5 business days for other cities across Indonesia.
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
- Please allow up to 24 hours after payment confirmation for your order to be processed.
- Orders are shipped the following business day.
- Orders will only be shipped once full payment has been confirmed.
- Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, Mine Tack Indonesia is not responsible for any loss or mishandling during delivery.
- We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details, or when no recipient is available at the address.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an error on the customer's part, re-delivery will require an additional shipping fee.
- Should a delivery error occur on our end (such as an address typo by Mine Tack), we will cover the cost of re-shipping at no charge to you.
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are available for sizing only. If your preferred size is unavailable, we offer an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value, or you may wait until the item is restocked.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- To start a return or exchange, contact us via WhatsApp at +62 851 7221 0188 with "RETURN & EXCHANGE" as your subject, along with a screenshot of your order details.
